Every OpsBrain event, in 8,000+ apps.

The private OpsBrain app for Zapier turns any operational event into a Zap trigger. Runs completed, flags raised, bottlenecks detected: pick an event, map its fields, and send it anywhere Zapier reaches, without writing a line of code.

Capabilities

What you can do

A private OpsBrain app

Install the OpsBrain app in Zapier and your operational events appear as first class triggers, ready to build with.

Org-scoped API key

Authentication is a single API key scoped to your organization. Create it in OpsBrain, paste it in Zapier, done.

Instant REST hook triggers

Triggers use REST hooks, so Zaps fire the moment the event happens. No polling, no five minute delay.

Any event, flattened for mapping

Every event type is available, with payload fields flattened so mapping into the next step is drag and drop, not JSON archaeology.

8,000+ apps downstream

Sheets, HubSpot, Gmail, Airtable, your ERP's connector: anywhere Zapier goes, your operational events can follow.

In practice

How teams use it

Every completed run lands in a spreadsheet

A Zap listens for run.completed and appends a row to Google Sheets with the workflow, duration and who executed it. The ops director's Monday report builds itself all week.

Flags open tickets in the tool you already have

No Jira? No problem. A flag event triggers a Zap that creates a card in Trello or a task in Asana, with the run link in the description. The problem is tracked in whatever your team actually opens.

Onboarding completion updates the CRM

When a customer onboarding run completes, a Zap updates the deal record in HubSpot and notifies the account manager by email. Sales finds out from the system, not from asking around.

Deviations feed the quality dashboard

Runs with deviations trigger a Zap that logs them to Airtable, where the quality team tracks trends. A step that keeps deviating becomes visible in a tool the team already uses daily.

Setup

How it works

01

Create an API key

Generate an org-scoped API key from the integrations page in OpsBrain.

02

Connect the Zapier app

Add the OpsBrain app in Zapier and paste your key.

03

Pick a trigger event

Choose any operational event as your Zap's trigger. Fields arrive flattened and ready to map.

04

Build and switch on

Map fields into the next step, test the Zap with a sample event, and turn it on.
