Store operations in one space per region

A retail chain routes closing checklist completions to a space per region. Regional managers see every store close out, and a missed closing stands out the same evening rather than at the weekly review.

Facilities requests never sit unseen

A worker flags a faulty freezer during a stock count. The facilities space gets the card with the location and a photo of the note in the run. The work order goes in before the ice cream melts.

Leadership gets the compact version

In Google Chat, open the space, add a webhook and copy its URL.

Choose events, filters, detail level and cooldown for each rule.
