How teams use it

The night supervisor without a laptop

A critical run is abandoned at 3 a.m. The on-duty supervisor gets a text with the workflow name and the site. They are on the floor two minutes later, and the delivery log shows exactly when the alert went out.

Safety flags skip the queue

A worker raises a safety flag during a maintenance run. Whatever else is going on, the safety officer's phone buzzes with the location and the note. Everything else can wait. This can't.

Escalation past the SLA

A high priority run created by your ERP sits unclaimed past its claim SLA. The escalation rule fires and the shift lead gets a text. The queue never silently backs up.
